This will work out the lower body and improve balance. You need to step forward and then with the back straight bend the front knee so that it is at a 90-degree angle. Keep your body weight on the back toes and allow the back knee to go to the floor but do not actually touch the floor. During this move, the back should stay straight. The back should never bend. Once you get used to this move try doing it with a set of dumbbells.
.4 Upper Body Pushups
This move is done to strengthen the triceps, chest, shoulders, and core. You will go face down with your hands a little wider apart than the length of your shoulders. The toes are on the floor. If this move is too difficult start with the knees on the floor. Bend at the elbows until they almost reach the floor and then raise back up. The torso should be parallel to the ground. If this move is difficult you can begin by using a counter for support and then lower your body each time you do it.
.5 Ab Crunches
Crunches will improve strength and the look of the abs. You are going to lie on the floor and raise your head, neck, and shoulders. Once they are uplift your upper back. Walking is one of the best workouts for your body. You can walk on a treadmill inside or go for a walk outside. and begin with a 10-minute walk and increase from there. You can add a few minutes each day and will notice that your body is getting stronger.
